Provides overall value-added human resource services across all functional areas for Adacell employees. Works with partners in the business to define a strategic people plan that aligns with the business direction in this growth-oriented, multinational, multi-cultural environment. Advises and consults with management and employees on the development, interpretation and administration of human resources’ policies, regulations and procedures in order to resolve problems, promote better understanding of practices, and ensure adherence to accepted policies and principles
Drives all recruitment processes for ADACELL, ensuring that qualified candidates are hired within reasonable time frames. Represents the ADACELL HR function in meetings and recommends solutions to Worldwide HR Leader for ADACELL issues; recommends, establishes and maintains effective human resources programs which enable the company to attract, develop, motivate and retain high caliber staff in a cost effective manner. Works closely with Organizational Development Department to ensure that ADACELL employees are trained and informed.
